
Know what’s smart? Making a delicious charcuterie board for game day snacking! Or, for a special celebration. Or, for a night alone at the house. Or, for a random Tuesday. I’ve never found a bad time to fix a delicious charcuterie board. Below are a “few of my favorite things:”
- Midnight Moon cheese (Goat Gouda – OMG! Best. Ever.)
- Fromager D’Affinois cheese (Similar to the look of brie, but way more mild in flavor. YUM!)
- Espresso BellaVitano cheese (Harder white cheese- SO addicting!)
- Snofrisk Spreadable Cream Cheese (Just get it and eat it. Fast. Before others discover this deliciousness.)
- Cream cheese with hot & sweet jalapenos (I have no self control with this…)
- Blue Diamond Gourmet Almonds (Black truffle. Yes. Wow. Mix them with other nuts. Do whatever, just get them!)
- Rutherford & Meyer Fig Fruit Paste (Put this on cheese. Your finger. On your toothbrush. It doesn’t matter. Just eat it!)
- Back To Nature-Multigrain Flatbread Crackers (So crunchy & good!)
- Glutino Gluten-Free Crackers (Original. It’s like a Ritz cracker, but better.)
- Gusto Sopressata Salame (Why is this so good?!)
- Gusto Genoa Salame (Just give me allll the dry cured meats, please!)
- Castelvetrano Olives (Bright green, not too strong, & easy to eat!)
- Beldi Olives (Black, brine-cured, delicious salt bombs!)
- Caper Berries (So fancy & so delicious! It’s like a caper, but way better.)
- Grandma’s (brand) Hummus (With Za’atar seasoning on top! Accompany with Naan Dippers, carrots, or organic red peppers!)
I’ve no doubt that I will have to include a supplemental post because this list could go on, I just had to stop it for now…it looks overwhelming, I get it. But, you could just order it curbside in cute PJ’s & call it a night. A delicious, fun night that I should totally be invited to…
