I have had such a difficult time with my blog lately, technically speaking! Grrrr. However, it has been resolved so here I am & happy to be back!
Now, I know I am not a fashion blogger, but I had to dip into it for this post because the content also pertains to self-care in terms of moving your body which IS what I am absolutely about!
To get motivated, we need to feel good- whatever that means to you. For me, when I have a new workout outfit I love, I am motivated af to burn some calories in it! Same with golf- I swear I play better with a new lulu skirt. I even feel more motivated to start my day slaying if I put on a new pair of undies. I know, TMI. But seriously, is this a thing, or is it just me?! Ha. If you get me, then, what is the activity for you that is exponentially better with a new outfit?
My recent shipment of lululemon made me think of how expensive it is. I treated myself (with gift cards from my birthday and Christmas!) but thought my goodness, there has to be a decent quality workout gear brand out there…not everybody wants to (or can) spend money on expensive workout clothes, right?! I am also an avid Amazon shopper (aren’t we all?!) sooo I married the two ideas to come up with “If you like Lulu, then you’ll love these” from my recent lulu purchases! I am SO happy with these finds and wanted to share it with you.
